This is a juicy, psychology-fuelled, boundary-setting episode! The episode was inspired by Ché observing her husband Warren and his recent decision to explore a meat-free diet right before the busy socialising of the Christmas period. Making this change to his diet gave him some new insights into how difficult it can be to set boundaries around food, particularly in the social setting and that is where the episode starts!
