Show Notes

The ketogenic diet is gaining huge popularity in health and weight loss circles. Anna shares a deeper understanding of what the diet entails, who is it for, who is it not for and her personal experience implementing it - including “a day in the life” meal plan. Anna also explains that often those who look healthiest on paper can sometimes have smouldering symptoms under the surface which can be missed by conventional medicine. Tuning in to and getting curious about your own body and perhaps gathering your own data can empower you to take health into your own hands.
