Show Notes

We break the mould with this episode of Kombucha and Colour as we invite our first male guest onto the show - Ian Blunt! Ian shares his experience of working on cruise ships and finding himself in a really “dark bubble” of depression and isolation. We touch on feelings of validity, self-worth and asking for help from a male perspective as Ian authentically shares his journey of taking action, turning things around and ultimately becoming a high vibe life coach to empower others to do the same.
