Brendan Turner, Fitness Professional and Owner of Raw Motion Fitness, shares his story of personal transformation. He reflects on how the loss of his dream to become a professional golfer drove him to become an overweight pub manager with a smoking addiction. Then one day, a switch flipped in his brain and he began to turn his life around to become the Health Professional he is today.
