Today we dive into what it means to live your life through a spiritual or yogic lens - what it means and how these concepts, for us, are not confined to a 60 min asana practice or 10 min meditation session, but really that these more “formal sessions” are purely ‘drills’ which keep the tools sharpened so that we can take the practice into our everyday lives - where it is most valuable. We look at the concepts of letting go of control, self-love and shift in identity as frameworks for this conversation.
